A home on McLean Avenue in Hopkinsville was damaged in a fire that started in the kitchen Sunday night.
Hopkinsville firefighters say they responded to a kitchen fire and found a small fire on the stove that had spread to the area above the stove.
No one was injured in the fire and the family will not be displaced.
