A Cadiz man was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at the Trigg County Complex Monday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says he was called to the area for William Thrief who was attempting to break into concession stands.
Thrief was reportedly inside of an ATV and refused to get out while yelling, clenching his fists, and refusing to comply with law enforcement commands.
He was arrested and after being taken into custody by the jailer he reportedly kicked a window in the vehicle and broke a door handle.
Thrief is charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, and third-degree escape.
