A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard sent a woman to the hospital Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a northbound car was stopped at the intersection when a van behind it hit the car.
The driver of the car was taken by ambulance to Blanchfield Army Community Hospital for injuries.
The crash happened just after 11 am.
