Funeral services for 92-year old Jack Dugger Amis, MD. of Lexington, KY, formerly of Hopkinsville, KY, will be Saturday, January 29, at 12:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the church.
