A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard sent a man to the hospital with severe injuries Sunday morning.
Oak Grove Police say a tractor-trailer was exiting Interstate 24 eastbound onto Fort Campbell Boulevard when it was struck by a southbound car. The car went under the trailer, and the driver had to be extricated from the vehicle. The driver was then flown to a Nashville hospital with severe injuries.
The crash happened just after 11 am.
