A woman was flown to a hospital after she fell from a horse in LBL Saturday morning.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 55-year-old woman fell from a horse at Wranglers Campground and hit a picnic table just before 11 am.
The woman was flown to a Nashville hospital. The extent of the injuries was unknown.
