A Hopkinsville man reported his vehicle stolen after being assaulted with a baseball bat on Old Madisonville Road Saturday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Andy Sanderson said Michael Davis got into an argument with another man over a phone and was hit with a baseball bat.
After reportedly hitting Davis in the head with the baseball bat the man took money and Davis’s SUV that was later found on Honeysuckle Drive in Hopkinsville.
No arrest has been made but Sanderson said the two men know each other and the charges will be assault and robbery.
