Maxwell Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, is assisting employers in caring for their employees who may be going through a rough time mentally.
Owner and President Billie Greer spoke during Thursday’s Kiwanis meeting about the company she had a hand in founding. Maxwell EAP, based in Hopkinsville, was founded in 2016. She says their business seeks to provide a way for employees to get confidential help through their employer.
Greer notes their phones are answered by licensed professionals.
In addition, they offer services specifically for first responders as well.
