A Hopkinsville man and woman were injured in a rollover crash on Russellville Road in the area of Western State Hospital Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police Sgt. Edward Eastman said a car was eastbound when it ran off the road hitting a drainage ditch and a sign causing the vehicle to roll multiple times ejecting a passenger 27-year-old Michaela Jones.
The driver 29-year-old Nasaan Slaughter of Oak Grove reportedly fled the area before police arrived and Jones was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
A second passenger 29-year-old Devin Zahabi-Sutton was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
