The owner of a transmission shop in Madisonville was charged with multiple counts of theft by deception.
According to a Madisonville police report, 47-year-old David Warnick owner of “Two Guys Transmission & Auto Repair” was arrested after his transmission shop reportedly took money from customers to rebuild their vehicles transmission and offered a two year warranty but some customers found that their transmissions were not rebuilt.
When customers attempted to contact him they were unable to get ahold of him, according to the report.
