A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after an accident involving a forklift on West 15th Street in Hopkinsville on Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says they were called to Mize Machine Shop for a 68-year-old man who suffered a severe injury from an incident involving a forklift and an estimated 1000 pounds that landed on his foot.
The man was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville due to his injuries.
