An investigation into the whereabouts of a person with active warrants led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville woman for drug possession at the Rodeway Inn on Fort Campbell Boulevard on April 6th.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they got out with a vehicle that belonged to someone with warrants and located 28-year-old Marissa Hicks, who was inside the vehicle.
The person with active warrants was not located, but the investigation reportedly led deputies to search a room at the motel for the wanted person as well. Deputies say a meth pipe with meth inside was located, and Hicks stated that it belonged to her.
Hicks was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
