Candidates for Hopkinsville City Council Wards 1 and 3 are sharing their stance on matters that impact voters. Monday night, the League of Women Voters hosted another round of forums featuring City Council hopefuls.
In Ward 1, Incumbent Vance Smith faces Chance Tatum. Smith says he has spent his tenure bettering his community.

click to download audioMeanwhile, in Ward 3 Incumbent Don Marsh faces current Ward 2 Representative Brandi Stallons. The LWV ran into issue broadcasting the Ward 3 Forum. However, candidates were invited previously to a forum hosted by the County Republican Party. Though Marsh was unable to attend he sent a letter, which Party Chair Jason Hasert read.
