A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting another man while armed with a brick during a fight at Westside Park in Hopkinsville on Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say just after 8 pm, a man armed with a brick assaulted another man by hitting him in the head.
The assault led to one of the men being charged with first-degree assault. Police say the victim suffered contusions and cuts to his head.
