Todd County hopes to supplement local dollars with state funding to improve a local road. Fiscal Court voted recently to apply for state grant funding, which Pennyrile Area Development District Community and Economic Development Director Amy Frogue says they have received previously.
Fiscal Court also voted to approve being the pass through agency for a KEDFA grant for Novelis.
In other business, Emergency Management Director Ash Groves says they received a reimbursement from CSX.
He adds the county needs to adopt its own response master cost recovery template.
