Honoring important figures in local agriculture remains important to Trigg County, as shown in Tuesday’s agriculture dinner.
The night’s guest speaker was George McDonald, a Tennessee farmer who has ties to Western Kentucky agriculture.
During his keynote speech, McDonald talked about being persistent in agriculture with continuing generations.
As for awards, Ethan Curling recieved Outstanding Youth in Agriculture presented by Karen Nolcox.
Bank of Cadiz and Trust company was awarded with Agribusiness of The Year by David Fourqurean.
Lastly, Daniel Ingram presented the Friend Of Agriculture honor to Joe McCormick.
