A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they are investigating the crash but have not determined which direction each vehicle was traveling.
The car collided with the side of a truck at the entrance to Chick-fil-A.
The driver of the car was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
