The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is reporting that one lane is blocked on Interstate 24 eastbound at the Cumberland River Bridge at the Livingston-Lyon County Line.
As of 10:30 p.m. Friday, authorities said an active police investigation is underway in the area. As a result, the right lane is currently closed, and there’s no estimated time for reopening.
At this time, authorities have not provided any additional details regarding the ongoing police investigation.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution when traveling through the area.
