A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in the area of Popshelf killed a Clarksville man and led to charges for the driver of a tractor-trailer Saturday night.

Kentucky State Police say at 6:11 pm, a southbound tractor-trailer driven by 36-year-old Gerasimos Livieratos of Chicago, Illinois, was making a U-turn, attempting to go northbound, when it collided with a northbound car driven by 33-year-old Bernice Franklin, trapping Franklin inside his vehicle and under the tractor-trailer.
