A Cadiz man was charged with theft of identity after an investigation on Shelby Street on Monday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say 24-year-old Shawn Dalton signed up for a credit card under someone else’s name and spent around $200.
Dalton was arrested and charged with theft of identity.
