A Celebration of Life for 78-year-old Carolyn D. Croft of Gracey will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Gracey Volunteer Fire Department, 50 Railroad St., Gracey. Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00 at the Gracey Volunteer Fire Department. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include son, David Croft (Liz), Clarksville, TN; daughters Lisa Aldridge (Cobb), Lacy, KY; Angie Yates (Wayne), Gracey, KY; Meredith Deason (Randal), Hopkinsville, KY; sister Linda West (David), Cerulean.
Eight grandchildren: Thomas Wayne Stewart, Tina Stewart, Tana Stewart, Brittney Deason, Brandon Deason, Erika Champion, Katie Yates, Trish Cummings.

Carolyn D. Croft was born in Tulsa, OK, on January 2, 1948, to Jesse and Rachel Nixon Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, G.W. Croft; sister, Lorna Malone, and brother, Billy Johnson.
She passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
Carolyn was a member of the Gracey West Union Baptist Church. She and her husband, G.W., painted homes on the Fort Campbell Army Base, and she was a homemaker. She enjoyed flowers, hummingbirds, her cats, Salt and Pepper, and her greatest enjoyment was always having a house full of kids.
