A wreck on Eagle Way near Heritage Christian Academy in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say at 2:02 pm, an SUV driven by 69-year-old Ronnie Adams of Cadiz was changing lanes and collided with the front of a car driven by 20-year-old Alazah Reeves of Hopkinsville.
Reeves was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for head and hand injuries. Adams was checked out by EMS at the scene.
