Concerns about road conditions in Christian County were a prime topic of discussion for Ninth District State Representative Myron Dossett during the past week.
Dossett says he did not make it to Frankfort last week due to snow and ice covered roads in Christian County. Dossett says he was told the winter storm that moved through the state last weekend apparently hit Christian County harder than others.
Dossett says planning is underway to improve road clearing efforts in the future.
Dossett says by the time he felt roads were safe enough to travel on Thursday, he would have only had a few hours to work during short General Assembly sessions on Thursday and Friday.
Although he was not able to make it to Frankfort, Dossett says he has been discussing an unnamed potential economic development project with officials in Christian County.
No information has been released about the potential economic development project Dossett is working on with local officials.
