The new Christian County High School building is expected to be turned over to the district in a few months. Alliance Corporation Vice President of Construction Management, Tim Geegan, shared an update with the Board of Education Thursday.
He adds they are currently doing minimal work in the first two academies that were constructed, the kitchen, and the administration area.
The commons area, both gyms, and the other two academies are receiving a little more focus.
The red area is the band, choir, and art spaces. Geegan adds they have also laid down the first layer of asphalt in several parking lots. He says they are on schedule to turn the building over to the district in late April.
