A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement as they investigated a disturbance on Cypress Street on Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to the home for a disturbance, and 50-year-old Michael Crowder gave only his first name, then fled on foot before being tased.
Crowder reportedly told police he thought he had a warrant, which is why he ran.
He is charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police and failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation.
