Farmers from across the state will convene in Bowling Green Thursday, January 15th, for the Kentucky Commodity Conference, with a top USDA official the keynote speaker.
Kentucky Soybean Association President Jonathon Reynolds says the day begins with the early riser session at 7:00.
Reynolds says the morning will include a popular market update followed by the keynote address during the midday luncheon.
He says Deputy Secretary Baden is very familiar with agriculture and will provide some timely updates.
Reynolds says the 2026 Kentucky Commodity Conference will give farmers a chance to celebrate some great yields during a tough growing year.
He says members will definitely want to attend the annual meetings in the afternoon.
Reynolds says the sponsors make sure registration is free.
He says the deadline to register is Friday, January 9th. The Kentucky Commodity Conference is planned for Thursday, January 15th, at the Sloane Convention in Bowling Green.
