Funeral Mass for 84 year old Frances M. “Fran” Kostrzebski of Cadiz will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church.
Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephens Catholic Church. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Frances M. “Fran” Kostrzebski was born in Buffalo, NY on July 7, 1941 to Francis Muir and Josephine Kasprzyk Muir. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Stan Kostrzebski; one son, Richard Kostrzebski and one sister, Betty Seguin.
She died on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
Fran was a stay at home mother for 20 years. She was employed at CCE Wyoming Co. for 20 years till her retirement. After retiring she worked part time at Letchworth State Park, Castile, NY and in 2008 moved to Kentucky. She was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.
