A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession after a report of a man undressing in the roadway on East 21st Street on Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for someone undressing in the middle of the roadway and found 42-year-old Anthony Johnson, who was screaming and undressing on the sidewalk.
He reportedly told law enforcement he had something in his pants, and he appeared to be under the influence of some kind of substance.
Suspected synthetic drugs, meth, and an unknown drug were reportedly located in his belongings.
Johnson was arrested and charged with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of meth, and possession of synthetic drugs.
