Harold “Roger” Elliott, 69 of Onton, KY, passed away at 2:16 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family, after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Services will be held at a later date. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is assisting with the arrangements.
A native of Henderson, KY, he was born June 5, 1956, the son of the late Harold Wesley Elliott and Jackie Jewell Hare Elliott. Roger was a farmer and part-owner of Elliott Brothers Farm in Sebree, KY. He worked for Gibbs Die-Casting in Henderson, KY, for 25 years and retired in 2015. Roger was an avid hunter, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed pulling horses.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Elliott; his sister, Evelyn O’Nan; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Alberta Daughtery.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Elliott of Onton, KY; his daughter, Dr. Elissa Elliott (James) Hollis of Sacramento, KY; his special nephew, Seth O’Nan of Sacramento, KY; and his many other family members and friends, whom he loved dearly.
The family would like to thank Lauren Jackson and St. Anthony’s Hospice for the exceptional care Roger received.
