A Clarksville man was charged after an Investigation into a fake prescription dropped off at a Hopkinsville pharmacy Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called by the pharmacy, which reported a fake prescription had been dropped off, and someone was coming soon to pick it up.
Soon after, 23-year-old Cortaveous Gray, who was a passenger in a vehicle, reportedly tried to pick up the prescription and was stopped by law enforcement.
Police say he claimed he was picking it up for someone he only knew from a Grand Theft Auto 5 game and was going to hold it for them.
