Ronald Dwight Adams, 81, of Crofton, Kentucky died at 8:22 a.m., Friday, December 5, 2025, at his home in Crofton, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 8, 2025, at Kelly Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Brumfield and Rev. Melvin Felts officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the church. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Crofton, Kentucky he was born on February 17, 1944, the son of the late Orville L. Adams and Sylvira Cansler Adams. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Clayton Adams, his son, Randy Adams and son-n-law, Greg Baker.
He was a member of Kelly Baptist Church, a United States Army Veteran and a self-employed Consumer Finance Professional.
Survivors include his son: Jeff Adams of Orlando, FL and his daughter, Laura Baker of Crofton, KY. Three grandchildren, Clayton (Katherine) Baker, Courtney Baker and Tate Baker and two great grandchildren, Dawson and Riley Ann Baker.
Memorials may take the form of donations to the Amputee Blade Runners.
