A woman was flown to Nashville after falling from a horse on a trail at Wranglers Campground Friday afternoon.
Trigg County emergency personnel say a 55-year-old woman fell from a horse on a trail near Fords Bay Road.
The woman was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville due to her injuries.
