A wreck on College Street in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say at 1:56 pm, a car was on College Street when the driver fell asleep and collided with a fire hydrant.
The driver was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
