A man wanted for probation violation on a murder charge in Florida was located in Hopkinsville on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old Samuel Moore of Orlando, Florida, was located in Hopkinsville and taken into custody for probation violation on charges of second-degree murder and robbery in Florida
The Hopkinsville Police Department coordinated the arrest with the Orange County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office and federal partners.
Hopkinsville Police Department detectives, SWAT officers, K9 Officers, and the Crime Suppression Unit all assisted in the arrest.
