A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove injured three people with one dying at the hospital shortly after the crash Sunday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say at 2:24 pm, a car driven by 26-year-old Deborah Stanford of Clarksville was crossing Fort Campbell Boulevard and collided with a southbound truck driven by 53-year-old Daryll Hook of Hopkinsville.
Both drivers were taken to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries, and a passenger in Stanford’s car 55-year-old Tony Kilsby of Clarksville was taken to a waiting helicopter with severe injuries, but due to his injuries, he had to be taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, where Kentucky State Police say he later died.
Authorities believe Hook disregarded the traffic control device.
