Officials with Logan County Animal Care and Control announced Friday that an anonymous donation, valued at $500, will be given to the person who can provide information leading to the identification of a man recently caught on camera in the area.
They are currently working with the Logan County Sheriff’s Department to find a man who tossed three dogs over a fence late Wednesday evening, around 6:30 PM.
