A traffic stop on East 9th Street led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville man Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Guadalupe Gomez-Gomez for his license plate not being illuminated and found he had no driver’s license.
After being arrested, he was reportedly found to have a bag of suspected cocaine in his pocket. He is charged with no operator’s license, possession of cocaine, and rear license plate not illuminated.
