Philip Henry Wagenbaugh, Jr. was born in Catskill, New York on August 27, 1959 to Philip Henry Wagenbaugh, Sr. and Mildred “Phyllis” Whipple Wagenbaugh. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Cindy Woodbeck and one brother, Steven Wagenbaugh.
He passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 at his home.
Philip was of the Christian Faith and a US Army Veteran. He had served in maintenance at an apartment complex, served as a foreman with Davey’s Tree Service and served in maintenance for Taco Bell.
