Kentucky Economic Development Secretary Jeff Noel will visit Hopkinsville on Tuesday, September 9, to deliver an economic update focused on the state’s economic outlook and future opportunities for local communities.
The event is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the Hopkinsville Municipal Center, 715 South Virginia Street, and is open to the public.
Secretary Noel is expected to share insights on Kentucky’s current economic climate, opportunities for growth, and what communities like Hopkinsville can expect moving forward. City officials say the update will be an important chance for residents, business leaders, and stakeholders to hear directly from state leadership about strategies to strengthen the economy.
Hopkinsville Mayor J.R. Knight said the city is honored to host Noel, and that his update will provide valuable perspective as they continue working to strengthen the local economy and create new opportunities for Christian County residents and businesses.
The event will also provide an opportunity for attendees to engage in discussion on Hopkinsville’s economic future, including how state-level initiatives might connect with local development efforts.
Community members and business representatives are encouraged to attend.
