A Celebration of Life for 88 year old Virginia Ann French of Cadiz, KY will be held on Wednesday, August 20, at 10:00 a.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Virginia Ann French was born in Johnson City, TN on January 3, 1937 to Sandy Stewart Hilton and Hazel Irene Scepter Hilton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John William French, Sr.; son, John William French, Jr.; six brothers, Howard, Franklin, Clarence “Duke”, Charles, Robert and Bynum Hilton and four sisters, Mary Williams, Lena Montana, Emma Jean Hilton and Berthamae Hilton.
She passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Virginia was of the Catholic Faith and retired from General Electric as a Quality Assurance Inspector. She was a member of the Elks Club and the Ohio Clown Association.
