The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a Trigg County highway crew will begin ditch-clearing work along KY 778, also known as Will Jackson Road, starting Monday, June 30.
The work zone will stretch from mile point 4 to 9, between the Muddy Fork Little River and KY 276. Drivers should expect to see crews clearing debris from ditches and watch for traffic signs and flaggers in the area.
Due to the narrow width of the roadway, brief closures may be necessary while crews reposition equipment.
Work is scheduled to wrap up by Thursday, July 3, weather permitting.
Motorists are urged to use caution in the area where workers and equipment are close to traffic.
