A Hopkinsville woman was charged with drug possession after she was seen dancing in a parking lot on West 7th Street Sunday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they noticed 34-year-old Heather Smith dancing in a parking lot and having a full conversation with herself.
After talking with her, she reportedly admitted to having a meth pipe with meth residue on it. Smith was arrested and charged with possession of meth and public intoxication.
