Christian County Public Schools officials have announced three key leadership appointments for the upcoming school year.

Rosa Robinson has been named Director of Food Service, effective August 1, following the retirement of longtime director Penny Holt.

Robinson joined CCPS in 2004 as a cook/baker at Hopkinsville High and later held positions as Assistant Manager, Manager at Sinking Fork Elementary, and most recently, Food Service Coordinator. She brings more than two decades of school nutrition experience and a longstanding commitment to student wellness.

Anthony Darnall has been named Director of Fine Arts Programs while continuing as Band Director at Christian County High School.

The new districtwide role, approved by the Board in May, is designed to streamline and strengthen fine arts programming across both high schools. Darnall has led CCHS’s band for 11 years, earning statewide honors and producing numerous All-State musicians. He holds degrees from Murray State and the University of Alabama.

Finally, Kerry Stovall will serve as Interim Athletic Director at CCHS during its final year of operation.

He previously held the role before transitioning to District Director of Activities. Stovall will manage both responsibilities following the recent move of Trey Wheeler to Assistant Principal at Christian County Middle School.

These appointments reflect the district’s continued focus on student achievement, expanded enrichment opportunities, and excellence in both academics and extracurricular programs.
