A Pegram, Tennessee, man was charged with assaulting a man on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say that 25-year-old Chase Boyd struck a man in the face numerous times, then choked him during some kind of altercation.
Boyd was arrested and charged with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
