A wreck on US 68 at the intersection of Herndon Road killed a Cadiz man Sunday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV driven by 32-year-old Tavaras Poindexter was westbound when it crossed over the eastbound lanes, then ran off the road and through a ditch before coming to a stop in a corn field.
Poindexter was pronounced dead at the scene by the Trigg County Coroner’s Office.
