Jeri Berger, age 57, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, Kentucky.
Born on June 16, 1967, in Mt. Carmel, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Cletus Carroll and the late Frances Rayburn Wood.
Jeri spent her career as a traveling Certified Nursing Assistant, providing comfort and care to patients at various medical facilities.
She enjoyed a good cup of coffee and loved being a grandma.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Gary Carroll and Greg Carroll.
She is survived by by her sons, Travis Carroll (Stephanie) of White Plains, KY, Brennan Chism (Shawnta) and Jacob McKendry, both of Hopkinsville, KY, and Alexander Knotts of Vienna, IL; her grandchildren, Zoey, Bentley & Harley Chism, Payton Armstrong, Lily McKendry, Corbin & Ashton Knotts, John & Jace Carroll, Carley, Carter, Lyla, and Chloe; her brother, Russell Wood of Bloomington, IL; and her sister, Beth Hayes of St. Louis, MO.
There will be no services at this time.
