A wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an eastbound car crossed into the westbound lane and hit another car head-on.
The driver of the westbound car was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
The crash happened near the intersection of Cox Mill Road.
