A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary after he was found in a warehouse building at the Trail of Tears Commemorative Park Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 44-year-old Charles Brock had a tent inside the building and human feces and urine spots were found in the building along with a large amount of trash.
He reportedly told police he had been staying on the property for the last 2 months.
Brock was arrested on a warrant charging him with being a fugitive from another state and he was also charged with third-degree burglary in Hopkinsville.
