A Cadiz man was charged with fleeing from police after he was found under a blanket in a vehicle on North Drive Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at 12:58 am came upon a vehicle in the McDonald’s parking lot and found 23-year-old Deuntra Taylor in the backseat of the vehicle. He allegedly gave officers his brother’s social security number and then fled on foot, hiding in a shed before being taken into custody.
He is charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and was found to have warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.
