A Hopkinsville Man was charged with theft after he allegedly took a vehicle on Millbrooke Drive Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Antonio Andrews took a woman’s vehicle and refused to return it after she called asking him several times.
Andrews and the vehicle were reportedly located on Farrell Street and as police talked with the occupant of the apartment it was parked at Andrews locked the doors to the apartment and would not come outside.
Police say with the help of a law enforcement K9 Andrews was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest.
